Our Story
Cookin' with Love Since Day One
Tearna Young is the proud owner of Seafood-N-Eat LLC, a family friendly food truck known for serving some of the best catfish in the area – just ask our customers! Rooted in love, passion, and community, we specialize in made-to-order comfort food for the soul. Prepared with care, Seafood-N-Eat LLC has been serving the community since 2020, and we are continually growing stronger. My passion for cooking was inspired by my late father, Charles Henry Freeman, who shared his love for the kitchen and encouraged my culinary journey. Though he is deeply missed, his influence lives on through every dish. Other important influences are Don Young and Sharon Diane Dixon, both playing an important role in the business and are amazing to the community.
